Decided to choose one of the Abieshomes apartments when I recently visited Vienna and I was glad I chose it. It was clean and modern with a decent kitchen with all your basics covered. They also had a few nice touches which made it better. They had a nespresso coffee machine and gave us Mozart chocolates as a welcome gift. It is within walking distance to the subway and street parking is free from 10pm onwards. The building itself is a bit tired looking but the apartments are excellent. Definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a nice authentic & comfortable stay in Vienna you’re right here! Very good located apartments all over Vienna, the interior is just amazing with a lot of love for details. The stuff is very friendly and professional.

Highly recommended! It was a great and modern place in a nice old building at 6th floor were you can see the bueaty of a probably 100 years old building. The terrace has a nice view to the city. Although there were no daily service but when you called them, they helped you immediatly. Bathrooms and bedroom were well-designed and clean as well. The kitchen has all the necessary dishes and stuff with a Nespreso Caffee machine. It is also near bus and U-bahn station and also near Prater as well. Highly recommended to family.

Avoid at all costs!! If you want to go home to your apartment and enjoy a comfortable stay after a long day sightseeing, these apartments are NOT for you. The following is a list of all things that went wrong with Abieshomes apartments both at the Opera and Votivpark sites: 1. They made a mistake with our initial booking. Luckily I had emailed them before we arrived otherwise we would have arrived and had no where to go. To rectify they offered us an ‘upgrade’ to the Opera apartment. 2. When we arrived we were given two keys as the apartment had two locks. We left our luggage in the apartment, locked the apartment with both keys and went for a walk. Upon our return, one of the locks would not open. We tried ringing Abieshomes numerous times , however they did not answer. After about 40 minutes, we found a kind stranger from a nearby building who managed to open the door for us. 3. We were at the Opera apartment for 11 nights. We did not have a working TV for the entire time. They tried to fix but could not. 4. Five of those nights, we did not have a functional shower. We had to hold the shower head. In addition, there was no bath tub. Instead the shower was in a jacuzzi with an uneven surface which was extremely slippery and dangerous. 5. When we were to check in at the Votivpark apartment, we were assured everything would be perfect. Unfortunately the instructions they gave us to enter the building did not work! Luckily Sarah who works for Abieshomes was there and she let us in. 6. They only gave us two bath towels for an eight night stay. We had to request for more. 7. They have removed the heating/air conditioner remote control so to you cannot adjust the temperature to a level that is comfortable for you. 8. The water temperature is luke warm. If you want a nice hot shower, the Votivpark apartment is not for you. 9. There is no clothes dryer in the Votivpark apartment. The one in the Opera did not work. 10. Wi-Fi at the Votivpark was extremely slow or did not work at all. 11. Drainage in the shower was very slow. Each time we had a shower, it would take quite a while for the water to go down. 12. After two days, the shower flooded! 13. Cleanliness - what’s that? 14, Clearly they knew they were in the wrong and as compensation they offered us an extra night either before or after our reservation. How ridiculous! As tourists, we obviously have an itinerary and have planes to catch. We just add a day here and there! I have suggested to everyone I know to definitely NOT stay at these apartments. They will ruin your holiday. They certainly ruined ours! Again I stress AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
