Trotz vielversprechendem unkomplizierten Auftritt, leider sehr unprofessioneller Umgang mit Kunden. Das Kundenservice, sofern es überhaupt existiert, ist weder per Mail, Kontaktformular, Whats App Kanal pber exakt 4 Wochen erreichbar, man wir einfach ignoriert und bekommt keine Antwort. Telefonisch sei man falsch, von versprochenen Rückrufen kann ich nur träumen. Das auf der Homepage unter den FAQs versprochene unkomplizierte Stornorecht bis eine Woche vor Bezug, muss anscheinend erst über einen Anwalt eingeklagt werden, sonst spricht hier leider niemand mit einem. Wer so ein Abenteuer erleben möchte kann hier gerne buchen, oder aber sein Geld gleich beim Fenster hinaus werfen. Sollte sich doch noch jemand von Darebell bemühen sich zu melden und eine Lösung zu finden, werde ich diese Rezession updaten.

Traumhafte Wohnung, mit allem, was man für einen exklusiven und gemütlichen Aufenthalt in Wien braucht: Küche, Luxus-Bad, riesiger TV-Bildschirm, Balkon, U-Bahn gleich in der Nähe......! Besser gehts nicht!

It's just an absolute nightmare. After a hard journey, to find yourself in the centre of a noisy construction site! No one warned us about it! The full cost of the accommodation was paid in advance! The phone number sebastian.kuss did not help. Of course there are no other rooms. Go outside if you don't like something.....

I rented a flat for my 70 year old parents for a week (for about 660 Euros), that has A/C. The A/C does not work in the flat, and the temperature inside is over 30 degrees Celsius as one can see in the picture! There are no instructions in the flat on how the A/C should work. Their phone number for emergencies is a joke: I had to give my information 3 times, was told all times they don't know anything about this and I will get called back - which I am not. The flat is not livable with 30 degrees Celsius inside, and I need to rent for my parents another accommodation. Unbelievable. Edit Monday August 21, 2023: so far no one has called me back. Yesterday the temperature in the flat was 32 degrees! Unfortunately it seems like we have been scammed, as customer service is non existent. Edit Thursday August 24, 2023: after us reaching out and complaining a lot, they offered some non-viable alternatives such as move out, or go to an alternative flat that was much smaller with no bed (only a couch bed) in a different location. Moving out wasn't possible, as we couldn't find anything else close by. Apparently all A/Cs in that building were broken, and there's no way to repair them this week. They claim they now entered this information on their website. We do appreciate that after we said we have no alternative but to stay in the flat, they brought a mobile A/C unit which helped. Since 2 days however there is no internet in the flat. For their help with the mobile A/C unit and the suggestion of alternatives, I am changing the rating from 1 to 2 stars, because the flat has everything you need and the bed is really comfy. Still, their customer support lacked to say the least, especially during the weekend, which is when the contract starts. Additionally, problems like this should be clearly stated on the description of the flats so that a customer can make an informed decision. Edit Monday September 11, 2023: the group offered kindly a slight reduction in the price for the next stay, which my parents successfully used. Other than the A/C issue (which still doesn't work), my parents are very happy with the equipment in the flat and the flat itself. Therefore adding one star.
