I would strongly advise you do not do business with this company. We purchased our apartment with rental projections and costs which were misleading resulting in lower returns than expected. Communication around all topics of running the property were not satisfactory. With a change in management the company have overcharged management fees and are not honoring the contract. We are disputing this. We have stopped using this company. I will be happy to update this review when outstanding issues are resolved.
Be Careful with this company. I bought an appartment years ago with Kristall Group in Kühtai and they said they will start to establish also an Operator Company to manage the appartments. This company (All Suite Resorts Österreich GmbH) was working more or less fine the first years. Some time ago they had an owner and CEO change. The new management is now just trying to find ways to take out the money of investors. They for example charge invoices to the WEG (the entity of all owners) without explaining why, and if you don't pay they withhold it from your revenues. They also do strange things with owner bookings so in the end you pay nearly twice if you stay in your own appartment. If you ask for some explanation they ignore emails and do not react. So be very careful when buying (better do not buy) from Kristall Group and then managing with this company!
